We engineered MAFEX The Deep using our premium ABS and PVC blend, chosen for durability during repeated posing without joint loosening or paint wear. The torso and limbs feature reinforced ABS skeleton components, while flexible PVC overlay pieces allow natural movement at shoulders, hips, and knees.
The suit’s metallic teal finish comes from a four-layer paint process: base coat, metallic middle layer, scale texture application, and protective matte seal on non-reflective areas. We hand-paint facial details on every head sculpt using our micro-brush technique for screen-accurate likeness. The trident accessory receives electroplated gold finish with hand-applied pearl wash, matching the on-screen prop’s iridescent quality. All joints pass our 500-cycle articulation test before packaging.
