We’ve replicated Black Noir’s tactical suit using a combination of rigid ABS plastic for the armored chest and shoulder pieces, with flexible PVC for the joint areas to preserve the figure’s full range of motion. The matte black finish uses multiple paint layers to achieve the screen-accurate look without the glossy sheen typical of standard action figures.
The sculpted texture across the torso and limbs matches the quilted pattern visible in the show’s closeup shots. We applied dry brushing techniques to the raised areas, giving the suit a worn tactical appearance that suggests field use. The shoulder joints use a ball-and-hinge combination that allows forward butterfly movement for two-handed weapon grips.
We built the ab crunch joint with a ratcheting mechanism that holds torso poses without sagging over time. The hip joints employ our drop-down design, which extends the leg range outward for wider combat stances while maintaining the suit’s silhouette when standing neutral. Ankle rockers and toe hinges give you stable footing on the display stand even in aggressive lunging poses.
